3.13 CLOSURE IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE <br /> 3.13.1 CLOSURE PROCESS <br /> As discussed in Section 1.5, Stage IA of the Forward Landfill will be closed in <br /> Summer 2005. Stage IA closure construction will begin with mobilization of <br /> equipment and materials.
