Landfill Gas Control System Protection/Reinstallation 9 weeks <br /> Erosion Control Installation 2 weeks <br /> ® Demobilization 1 week <br /> As shown on Table 5 closure construction will occur over a 12-week period <br /> assuming there are no delays due to weather and/or equipment/personnel <br /> downtime. <br /> 3.13.3 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT <br /> A construction management team will be on-site during the entire period of <br /> construction. The team will be under the direction of a construction manager, <br /> who will be responsible for supervision of construction of the various features <br /> included in the closure plan. The construction manager will coordinate the <br /> activities of the on-site contractor(s) and will provide liaison among the design <br /> engineers and the contractors. Other key staff may include a site engineer <br /> and construction inspector(s). A survey crew and a geotechnical CQA crew <br /> will be present, as required. <br /> Survey Control <br /> The survey control crew, under the direction of the contractor will be <br /> responsible for surveyed location of the closure plan improvements and for <br /> record drawing information. They will be responsible for establishing survey <br /> control to verify that the various components of the cover conform to grade <br /> and/or thickness requirements of the construction drawings and <br /> specifications. <br /> CQA For Final Cover Placement <br /> The construction specifications will include the CQA Plan for final cover <br /> placement. A geotechnical CQA crew, under the direction of a Geotechnical <br /> Engineer, will be on-site full-time during the placement of the final cover to <br /> monitor compliance with cover design and installation methods included in <br /> the CQA Plan.
