Leachate quantity and quality will be monitored at least quarterly or whenever <br /> groundwater samples are collected. The volume of leachate collected by the <br /> french drain shall be measured and recorded at least quarterly. Representative <br /> samples of leachate and any fluid recovered in the french drain system will be <br /> tested for the same chemical parameters as required by the groundwater <br /> monitoring program. Reports will be filed with the LEA, CIWMB and the <br /> RWQCB within 90 days of sampling. <br /> 4.6 BENCH MAINTENANCE <br /> The bench will require general maintenance. After a significant storm event <br /> and on a quarterly basis, the bench will be inspected to determine if any <br /> potholing, erosion and/or structural damage has occurred. If any deficiencies <br /> are noted, the affected area will be repaired. <br /> 4.7 LANDFILL SETTLEMENT MONITORING AND MONUMENT <br /> MAINTENANCE <br /> 4.7.1 SURVEY RECORD <br /> Regulatory requirements dictate that, upon completion of closure construction <br /> activities, a survey record of the closed landfill be established and recorded <br /> with the title of the property, with the County Recorders office and copies be <br /> made available to the CIWMB, LEA and kept on-site at the administration <br /> offices.
