8.0 RECORDKEEPING <br /> 8.1 OPERATING RECORD <br /> A complete operating record will be maintained in accordance with 27 CCR, <br /> Section 20515, and Federal regulations under 40 CFR, Section 258.29, <br /> Recordkeeping Requirements. Closure and post-closure activities will be <br /> documented in the operating record and will include, but will not be limited to, <br /> the following information: <br /> • Any location restriction demonstration; <br /> • Inspection records, training procedures, and notification procedures; <br /> • Gas monitoring results from monitoring and any remediation plans; <br /> • Closure and Post-Closure Maintenance Plans; <br /> • Notice of Intent to Close; <br /> • Notice of Certification of Closure; <br /> • Deed Notation; <br /> • Demonstration of Release from Post-Closure Maintenance; <br /> • Gas monitoring, testing, or analytical data; <br /> • Financial Assurance Documentation; and <br /> • Cost Estimates. <br /> It should be noted that the operating record also contains information <br /> compiled during active operations as required by applicable state and federal <br /> regulations. <br /> 8.2 LOCATION AND INSPECTION OF OPERATING RECORDS <br /> The operating records will be maintained at the Forward Landfill Inc. office. <br /> The street address is 9999 South Austin Road, California, 95336.
