Structural steel for the <br /> access crossing bridges shall conform to the requirements of ASTM A 36, in accordance with <br /> Section 55 of the Standard Specifications. Certificates of Compliance shall be submitted <br /> representative of the reinforcing steel to be used on the project. Paint, preparation of surfaces to <br /> be painted, application of paint for structural steel members shall conform to Section 59-2 of the <br /> Standard Specifications.
