Mr. Kevin Chiapello <br />April 21, 2004 <br />Page 2 <br />The LEA will continue to be responsible for inspecting your facility and providing written <br />documentation (inspection reports) regarding the compliance status of your facility with respect <br />to it being listed in the Inventory. If the violation is corrected to the satisfaction of the LEA, and <br />documented by the LEA in at least one inspection report, you will be notified and the facility will <br />be removed from the Inventory. Otherwise, the facility will remain in the Inventory as long as <br />the violation continues to be cited by the LEA.
