A copy of CIWMB staff's inspection report is enclosed for your records. <br />A copy of this correspondence and the inspection report has also been forwarded to Lawrence <br />Stefani, Landfill Operations Manager, of Forward Landfill. <br />The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 PRC, and with <br />Title 27, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Division 2, Subdivision 1, Consolidated <br />Regulations for Treatment, Storage, Processing, or Disposal of Solid Waste. <br />During the inspection CIWMB staff noted the following: <br />1. There were no violations of Division 30 PRC. <br />2. There was one violation of Title 27 CCR: <br />• Section 20919.5 — Explosive Gases Control. <br />3. There were two areas of concern of Title 27 CCR: <br />Section 20820 — Drainage and Erosion Control. <br />Section 20650 — Grading of Fill Surfaces. <br />California Environmental Protection Agency <br />=< Printed on Recycled Paper <br />The energy challenge facing California is real.
