The addendum proposes to place an interface liner on the south facing slopes of WMU ART-03 <br /> and the northeast portion of WMU FU-04. Staff understands that construction of this area was planned <br /> for the 2005 season but because sufficient refuse has already been placed in northwest FU-04, this <br /> additional area can be constructed this year. <br /> Staff finds that the addendum together with the plans and specifications addressed in Design Report— <br /> WMU FU-04 comply with Title 27 CCR and the facility's waste discharge requirements and staff <br /> concurs with the plan to construct an interface liner in the area specified. <br /> If you have any questions,please call me at(916) 464-4614. <br /> ROSS D.
