In order to mitigate the seep area only a <br /> portion of the Stage I area requires closure at this time. Therefore Stage I has been divided into <br /> two areas Stage IA and Stage IB. Stage IB will be closed as originally planned in the 2003 <br /> Preliminary Closure/Post-Closure Maintenance Plan Revision in the year 2006. <br /> On behalf of the Forward Landfill Inc., Bryan A. Stirrat & Associates (BAS) has prepared the Stage <br /> IA Partial Final Closure/Post-Closure Maintenance Plan (PFCPCMP) submitted herewith. BAS, at <br /> the request of Forward Landfill Inc., is submitting two copies each to the RWQCB, CIWMB and <br /> the Environmental Health Department.
