1\ <br /> The local enforcement agency will continue to be responsible for inspecting Forward Landfill Inc. on a <br /> monthly basis and providing written documentation (inspection reports) regarding the compliance status <br /> with respect to the state minimum standards cited above. If one or both of the above listed violations is <br /> corrected to the satisfaction of the local enforcement agency within 90 days of receipt of this notice, the <br /> violation(s)will not be added to the list of state minimum standards for which Forward Landfill Inc. is <br /> included on the Inventory.
