The newly constructed cell is approximately 480,000 square feet, and <br />lined with a single 60 -mil HDPE geomembrane. The electrical leak del=tion testing was perfibmed <br />on the side slopes and floor area of the primary ban geomembrane. LL31 will return at a later date <br />to perform a leak location survey on the 65,000 square foot leachate pond, and retest Forward Unit <br />3 landfill cell after the placement of the soil operations layer. This report describes the results of the <br />leak location survoy conducted on the bare primary geom . <br />1. SURVEY RESULTS <br />Tbree leaks were found in the primary geomembraae of Forward Unit 3 landfill cell. Table <br />l lists the locations of the leaks. Figure 1 shows the appro)dmate locations of the leaks located.
