Robert McClellon [EH]
From: Curt Fujii[Curt.Fujii@awin.com]
nt: Monday, February 27, 2006 6:38 PM
Robert McClellon [EH]
Kevin Basso; Mike Caprio
Subject: Forward Landfill, Clean Soil Letter
Hi Robert,
This confirms the series of voice-mails between us culminating in your voice-mail to me
this morning (Monday, February 27, 2006) , regarding the January 18, 2006 Solid Waste
Facility Permit (SWFP) Soil Definition.
This letter is acceptable to you, and you would like Forward Landfill to implement the
provisions of that letter.
We had planned to implement the letter beginning March 1, 2006. Unfortunately, Kevin
Basso is attending a meeting at our Corporate office in Scottsdale that runs from today
through March 1. Therefore, implementing the provisions of the letter on that date may
not be possible, but I believe that we can implement if by Monday, March 6, 2006.
I am copying Kevin Basso and Mike Caprio on this e-mail, and request that they confirm the
starting date to implement the clean soil letter.
Also, as we both know, we have prepared, and you have reviewed, several versions of this
letter, and I believe sincerely that the January 18 version is the final version to which
we all agree. If this is not correct, and a later version is the correct one, please
advise me, and I will send a revised e-mail confirming that we will implement the later
version of the letter. (The January 18, 2006 version is both the oldest version that I
have, and the most recent signed version on letterhead in my files. )
ase contact me if you have any questions, or comments.
1
