This application package has been prepared to re- <br /> submit the JTD Amendment based on your comment letter dated March 17,2006. The <br /> comment letter from your agency is included as Attachment A and the responses are included <br /> as Attachment B. Attachment B-1 of this submittal is a copy of the letter from Forward <br /> Incorporated regarding the remaining site life estimate for the landfill. Attachment C of this <br /> submittal includes revised pages of the JTD Amendment that were changed as a result of the <br /> March 17, 2006 comment letter. Attachment C includes revised text and tables for <br /> Amendment No. 1,which includes a footer to note the original JTD date and the date of this <br /> Amendment No. 1. A revised table of contents,covers and spines,JTD indices(Tables I and <br /> 2),and Appendix C-1 (Beneficial Reuse Calculations)are also included in this submittal. In <br /> addition, Sections 4.0 and 6.0 of this JTD Amendment No. I are shown in revision format for <br /> ease in reviewing the amended text.
