Mr. Robert McClellon <br />September 12, 2008 <br />Page 4 <br />probes are located, Forward requests that an exemption for these four probes as specified in <br />Section 20925(b)(2) and 20923(a)(2)(E) (adjacent land use and inhabitable structures within <br />1000 feet of the disposal site permitted property.
