Responses are due within 30 <br />days of the date of this letter, addressed to my attention. In addition, all responses must be sent <br />to the Petitioner at the address listed above, and to the Central Valley Water Board. Copies of <br />the petition should be obtained from Mr. Ken Berry at the address listed above. <br />The Central Valley Water Board is not required to file the administrative record at this time. The <br />Petition concerns one discrete legal issue; whether or not the issuance of the Cleanup and <br />Abatement Order (Order No. R5-2008-0714) required any environmental review pursuant to the <br />California Environmental Quality Act at the time of its adoption.
