These wells were installed without a San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD) well permit. In addition, EHD was not notified by AEG West twenty-four (24) hours prior to well installation. The <br />permit states that a "minimum 24-hour advance notice required for inspections." <br />FU06-17, FU08-01 and FU08-04 were installed in violation of the following SJC Development Title sections: <br />i. Chapter 9-1115.3, Well Permit Required: "A Well Permit shall be approved by the Director of the Environmental <br />Health Division prior to digging ... any well ..." <br />2.
