The report documents construction and CQA procedures <br />for a new Class III Waste Management Unit (WMU) constructed over the Austin Roan Landfill <br />Unit. The report addresses construction quality assurance activities and testing for <br />construction of the new waste management unit. <br />Vector Engineering conducted the CQA observations and testing during construction of the <br />waste management unit. Vector states that the composite liner system has been constructed <br />and completed in general accordance with the project plans and specifications. Based on the <br />CQA report, supporting test results, design documents and Regional Water Board inspection <br />the Upper Northern Portion of WMU FU -08 is approved for waste discharge operations in <br />accordance with the facility's waste discharge requirements. <br />If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 464-4614. <br />ROSS D.
