Load checking program needs to be updated to include the requirement of the removal of the universal waste. Operator <br />furnished training records for personnel for procedures of handling U -wastes. <br />C. Gas is below 5% at the boundary. <br />D. Dumping pad is covered with TASW. In the C11 site, tile new waste is placed in the area covered with TASW, not the <br />area coycred with tarps. 0 <br />S. Per Ruben, one load of 30 cubic yard of TASW weighs 12 tons and covers 18 square feet of waste. <br />F. TASW was used as cover for the CII active face.
