As noted in Section <br /> 4.3.1, discussions with the LEA resulted in the conclusions that Aash and cement <br /> kiln dust are believed to have similar properties to PGM, and that.. C&D material <br /> is believed to have properties similar to treated auto shredder residue. <br /> However, based on the refuse to cover ratios listed above, Forward Inc. will use <br /> an effective refuse-to-cover ratio of 4:1 for purposes of calculating the landfill's <br /> remaining capacity and site life.
