Forward Inc. may proceed with this phase of the investigation.
Please understand that when developing the wells, every reasonable effort must be made to
achieve the lowest possible Ntu value. I will be in the area throughout the field work and
if time permits will stop by to observe. Thank you.
Howard Hold, P.G #7466
Engineering Geologist
Title 27 Enforcement Group
Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board 11020 Sun Center Drive #200 Rancho
Cordova, CA 95670-6114 Sacramento, California 95827
1-916-464-4679
1-916-464-4681 (FAX)
hhold@waterboards.ca.gov
*******************************************************************
Confidentiality Notice: This e-mail message, including any attachments, is for the sole
use of the intended recipient(s) and may contain confidential information protected by
the attorney client privilege or other privilege and/or may be attorney work product. Attached is a revised standalone Work Plan that we
believe includes the elements identified in Title 27. No substantive
changes to the proposed investigative activities were required as part of
Title 27; rather, minor changes were incorporated for consistency with Title
27, such as waiting 48 hours after well installation to initiate well
development instead of the 24-hour period originally proposed.
As noted previously, the facility desires to initiate the activities
beginning on November 4. The facility has previously completed
project-related activities such as obtaining County permits, surveying
proposed drilling locations, completing utility clearances, etc. , and the
driller and consultant are prepared to begin on November 4. The facility
would appreciate receiving approval this afternoon to project activities
11womorrow as schedule. The approval can be oral or via email if either of
hese are most efficient for you.
1
