Guinn rolled out sheets of geotextile over the drainage gravel, overlapping each sheet approximately 6
Wt
hes, and heat tacking them together continuously with a propane torch. The protective cover soil was then pushed
over this to a one -foot thickness, using a D6 dozer equipped with GPS.
Guinn received approximately 400 yards of coarse gravel today, for a total of approximately 630 yards total delivered
to the site for the entire project. They received no additional drainage gravel today, but continued to place the gravel
already onsite and stockpiled, using the front end loader, and the GPS -equipped D6 dozer to push it out to a layer no
less than 6 inches thick.
Guinn used the coarse gravel received, and placed the last of the pipe and gravel around the north toe ditch in FU -08.
N/A
Prepared By: Steven Rosbach
Reviewed By:
40
M
Title: Senior Engineering Technician
Title:
4/23/03, Rev. 0 1 of 1
C-2
Date: 09/03/09
Date:
