The facility operator needs to review all recent adjustments made to the gas extraction system and
determine if the system is functioning properly. If the review of the system operations reveals that addtional
adjustments need to be made or maintenance is due, then the facility operator needs to follow through and make
those changes or repairs by June 3,2010. The results of the monitoring are as follows:
GP9 (s)(i)(d) 0.0%D CH4
GP 11(s)38.0% CH4(i)49.0% CH4(d) 13.4%CH4
GPI (s)0.0% CH4(i)0.1% CH4 (d)0.0% CH4
raspectroatepor :omm_ents_ micm &.
A routine inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted:
1. The previous violation for ponding has been resovled. Most of the ponding on top of the old Austin Road site was due
design. The bermed area at the edge of the cell was allowed to collect storm water. The storm water if not removed or
directed away from this area will go directly into the leachate collection system. In the future winterization plans this must
be addressed.
2.The site no longer using light towers due to adequate natural light at 6:00 am.
3.The cover consisted of tarps and some soil. There were no signs of daylighting.
4. Onsite litter was minimal.
