I asked the operators to bring you in on this. I explained to them the conversation that the EHD had with you and suggested that they talk with you. Sangeeta Lewis was discussing options for CEQA for moving the boundary. I told her that in order to move the boundary baseline requirements would be Neg. Dec. then permit revision along with JTD amendment. That would be to create a buffer area. If they wanted to use they area as a barrow area then more CEQA analysis may be required. They asked to do a patch job on the JTD and I explained that we could look at that possibility, but wanted your input. They are wanting something light and fast, but I am thinking we need to get it right. If you want to talk prior to the meeting that is ok, but if that does not happen that is ok as well. I think we are on the same page with this one.
