Please submit the following <br /> information to the CIWMB by March 16,2009: <br /> ROSALIE MUL$ 1. A brief discussion on the number of smoldering events for the past two years,including <br /> RMULE@CIWMB.CA.GOV locations,actions taken,adjustments to the gas collection system,and any damage to the <br /> (916)341.6016 engineering control systems; <br /> 2. The Facility's Fire Prevention Plan previously submitted to SJCEHD in December 2008; <br /> 3. A copy of the Special Occurrence Log for each smoldering event; <br /> 4. A site map(large size 24"x 36)with an overlay of the gas collection system. The map <br /> should also indicate the location of each smoldering event; <br /> GARYPmRSEN 5. A copy of the gas collection data(excel format)for the Facility that spans from January <br /> GPEI'ERSEN@CIWMB.CA.GOV 1,2007 to January 31,2009.
