If the violation is corrected and documented on <br /> an inspection report within 90 days of receipt of this notice,the facility will not be included in <br /> the Inventory. <br /> CalRecycle staff is aware that Forward Landfill,Inc.has submitted a Remediation Plan that <br /> proposes to relocate landfill gas monitoring probes GP-11,as well as GP-8 through GP-12,so <br /> the probes would be at farther locations from the waste footprint than they are at present.
