The methane concentrations in GP-11 were 0% in shallow, 0% in intermediate and <br /> 2.6%in deep. The methane concentrations in GP-10 and 12 were 0%by volume. <br /> 1. Continue to monitor and control the gas migration at the property boundaries. <br /> 2. Ensure that the concentration of the explosive gas at the property boundaries is 0%. <br /> 3. According to the operator,the Soil Vapor Extraction wells along the GP-11 and GP-12 boundary are not on <br /> line yet. <br /> Inspection Report"Comments: <br /> Note: <br /> 1. Tarps and TASW were used as cover. <br /> 2. The TASW were used for traction control. TASW was placed between and around tippers. According to the operator, <br /> at the end of the day, TASW will be pushed into waste. <br /> 3. According to the operator,when it is wet,the TASW goes to waste. <br /> 4. The ramps were so wet and slippery that only one truck were allowed to dump at a time. <br />
