The facility perimeter monitoring probes were sampled using the Landtech GEM 2000 <br /> field monitor.The facility operator needs to review all recent adjustments made to the gas extraction system and <br /> determine if the system is functioning properly. If the review of the system operations reveals that addtional <br /> adjustments need to be made or maintenance is due,then the facility operator needs to follow through and make <br /> those changes or repairs by June 3, 2010.The results of the monitoring are as follows: <br /> GP9 (s)(i)(d)0.0% CH4 <br /> GP 11(s)38.0% CH4(i)49.0% CH4(d) 13.4%CH4 <br /> GP12(s)0.0% CH4(i)0.1% CH4(d)0.0% CH4 <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> A routine inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. The previous violation for ponding has been resovled. Most of the ponding on top of the old Austin Road site was due <br /> design.The bermed area at the edge of the cell was allowed to collect storm water. The storm water if not removed or <br /> directed away from this area will go directly into the leachate collection system. In the future winterization plans this must <br /> be addressed. <br /> 2. The site no longer using light towers due to adequate natural light at 6:00 am. <br /> 3.The cover consisted of tarps and some soil. There were no signs of daylighting. <br /> 4. Onsite litter was minimal. <br />
