The facility is experencing water blocakges due to the malfunction of a laechate sump pump. The pump <br /> needs to be repaired as soon as possible.The facility should considered maunaully pumping the condensate to allow the extraction system <br /> to operate properly.Do so by April 15,2010. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> A routine inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1.There was a light tower that was facing East.The light was facing oncoming air traffic.Move the light tower to direct the light West or North. <br /> 2.Site users from BND and SRI trucking did not use their hard hats. It is important that all safety gear be worn while the drivers are out of the vehicles. <br /> 3.The perimeter gas probes were sampled during the inspection.The result are as follows: <br /> GP9(s)(i)(d)0.0%O CH4 <br /> GP11 (s)13.2%CH4-(i)20.0%CH4-(d)0.0%CH4 <br /> GP12(s)0.3%CH4-(i)0.1%CH4-(d)0.0%CH4 <br />
