A Regulations <br /> X 20820-Drainage/Erosion Control <br /> Comments:The facility has erosion rills,some are deep.There was no exposed waste during time of inspection.The erosion rills need to the <br /> closed(with a shovel)or covered with plastic sheeting as weather permits. <br /> X 20921 -Gas Monitoring and Control <br /> Comments:The facility has methane above 5%at the boundary.The perimeter probe GP 11 (i)registered 9.4%on the Gastech GEM 2000. <br /> The facility operator needs to review the O&M plan and determine of there are any require maintenace that are due.The operator needs to <br /> continue to monitor and tune the gas extraction to ensure the system is functioning properly. Do so by March 15,2010. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> A routine inspection was conducted tis date and the following was noted. <br /> 1.There are areas of ponding on a small scale throught the facility.Survey the site and make efforts to drain water in those areas as weather permits. <br /> 2.The working face is small and confined.make sure that you stress safety to your staff. <br /> Gas monitoring was conducted this date and the results are listed below: <br /> GP 9(s)0.0%CH4,(i)0.0%CH4 <br /> GP 11 (s)3.5%CH4,(i)9.4%CH4(d)0.0%CH4 <br /> GP 12(s)2.1%CH4,(i)0.0%CH4(d)0.0%CH4 <br />
