APPROVED USE: This approval is to amend the existing Solid Waste Facility Permit Boundaries <br /> only as shown on the site plan dated October 27, 2010. No landfill activities, waste placement, <br /> disposal, composting, storage of equipment, or soil borrowing will occur on the 184 acres. Submit an application to revise the Solid Waste Facility Permit and a revised Joint Technical <br /> Document(JTD)to reflect the proposed change to EHD. <br /> 3. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan(SJMSCPA). Per requirements of the SJMSCP,this project must seek coverage due to <br /> required Army Corp permitting and it subject to a case-by-case review.
