The EA is unable to obtain the gas concentration using <br /> Landtec Gem2NAV. The EA tests the probe using GilAir5,the GilAir5 goes into fault mode within few seconds. <br /> There is great vacuum in the middle probe after the GilAir5 or the Landtec is disconnected. <br /> -Repair the probe. <br /> -Ensure all probes are functional and meet the design and construction setforth in 27CCR20923 and 20925. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. According to the operator's record,the landfill has been opened on 4 sundays: 7/17/11, 8/7/11, 8/14/11. The landfill <br /> will be opened on Sunday 8/21/11. <br /> 2. The concentrations of explosive gas in SG-9, 10(except mid), 11 and 12 are 0% by volume. <br />
