It was raining the past few days. <br /> 1. EA Conditions(r)of the SWFP states"The pre-processed treated auto shredder waste must be deployed in a <br /> manner that does not allow the mixing of the cover and the waste. The pre-processed treated auto shredder <br /> waste cannot be used during rainy weather or anticipated reiny weather.' <br /> 2. The violation of this EA condition occurs every rainy season. <br /> 3. Any violation of this EA condition in the future will be documented as Violation. <br /> x 20680-Daily Cover <br /> Comments: Mixture of waste and TASW accumulates approximately 200 yards north of the current active face. <br /> The mixture is not covered. <br /> According to the operator,the TASW was not used as traction control. It was leftover from the previous <br /> stockpiling area. <br /> - Cover all waste at the end of each operating day. <br /> - Mixing waste with TASW is also a violation of the EA condition (r)of the SWFP. <br /> x 20820-Drainage and Erosion Control <br /> Comments: There are several erosions throughout the facility. <br /> -Repair all erosions. <br /> -Provide adequate erosion control. <br /> x 20923-Gas Monitoring <br /> Comments: GP10 middle probe appears to be plugged. The EA is unable to obtain the gas sample using <br /> Landtec 2000. The EA tests the probe using GilAir5,the GilAir5 goes into fault mode within a few seconds. <br /> There is great vacuum in the middle probe after the GilAir5 or the Landtec is disconnected. <br /> -Repair the probe. <br /> -Ensure all probes are functional and meet the design and construction setforth in 27CCR20923 and 20925. <br /> Inspection Report,comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Gas concentrations in GP 9, 10(except middile probe), 11 and 12 are 0%. EA is unable to verify gas concentration in <br /> middle probe of GP 10. <br /> 2. The wind in the past few days has created lots of litter on site. The operator will have extra helps to remove litter <br /> tomorrow. <br />
