Most pieces were larger than 6 inches. <br /> - Shredded tires used as ADC shall meet the requirement set forth in 27CCR20690(b)(10). <br /> - The operator will dispose all the stockpiled shredded tires. <br /> x 20810-Vector and Bird Control <br /> Comments: Several fresh burrowings observed on the south and south east slopes. No waste was exposed. <br /> -Repair all burrowings. <br /> -Provide adequate vector control. <br /> x 17355-Disposal <br /> Comments: 3 waste tires were buried in the waste. 2 other waste tires were in the waste pile. The load checker <br /> walked by the waste tire twice without removing them. The waste tires were removed after the LEA approached <br /> them. <br /> -Waste tire may not be landfilled in a solid waste disposal facility. <br /> -All waste tire shall be removed from the waste. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Erosions noted in previous inspection report had been repaired. <br /> 2. The concentration of methane gas in GP8, 9, 10,11 and 12 was 0%. <br />
