Construction Air Permit <br /> 6.0 GHG EMISSIONS <br /> Per 40 CFR 70.2 and 71.2,the facility is not a major source of GHG emissions pursuant to the <br /> threshold of 100,000 tpy total GHG set forth in the definition of"major source" (PSD). <br /> Emissions are estimated for both biogenic and anthropogenic generation in terms of carbon <br /> dioxide equivalent(CO2e).
