Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205-6232 <br /> SUBJECT: State Inspection Report for Forward Landfill,Facility No.39-AA-0015 <br /> Dear Ms. Heran: <br /> Pursuant to Division 30,Public Resources Code (PRC), Section 43220, staff of the Department <br /> of Resources Recycling and Recovery(CalRecycle),conducted an inspection of the subject <br /> facility on March 15,2013, in conjunction with Michael Kith of your staff. A copy of <br /> CalRecycle staff's inspection report is enclosed for your records. A copy of the enclosed <br /> inspection report has also been forwarded by e'mail to the facility operator. <br /> One purpose of this inspection is to evaluate whether the Local Enforcement Agency(LEA)is <br /> appropriately applying and enforcing State Minimum Standards(SMS)at solid waste facilities <br /> within its jurisdiction. Therefore,this letter and the inspection report provides recommendations <br /> and/or directions on compliance issues observed during the facility inspection. <br /> The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 of the PRC, <br /> the terms and conditions of the Solid Waste Facility Permit, Title 27, California Code of <br /> Regulations (27 CCR), and Title 14, California Code of Regulations(14 CCR). <br /> There was no violation and/or area of concern noted during this inspection. <br /> Your agency's cooperation during the recent inspection is appreciated.
