BORG, AICP <br />Urban Planner <br />borg@smwlaw.com <br />Re: Public Records Act Request — Forward Landfill <br />Dear Mr. McClellon: <br />Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Gov't Code § 6250 et seq., <br />and Article 1, Section 3 of the California Constitution (collectively "PRA"), I hereby <br />request, on behalf of Clean San Joaquin ("client"), that the County Environmental Health <br />Department ("EHD") provide me with copies of, or make available for copying, certain <br />documents relating to compliance violations at the Forward Landfill. <br />Specifically, Clean San Joaquin request the following records: <br />1. All documents related to any violations or notices of non-compliance <br />with the terms of Forward's permits for the period between January 2009 and the present. <br />2. Any and all enforcement action records related to the Forward <br />Landfill for the period between January 2009 and the present. <br />Please note that Government Code section 6257 requires release of all <br />reasonably segregable portions of the requested records which are not themselves exempt <br />from mandatory disclosure. Pursuant to the Public Records Act, you are required to <br />respond to this request within ten (10) days. Gov't Code § 6256. When you have <br />
