The
increasing trend exhibited for cis-1,2-DCE at wells AMW-1, suggests reductive
dechlorination is occurring in the vicinity of this well.
3.1.6 Domestic Well Monitoring
Two domestic wells (7898-A and 8106-A) were sampled on May 4, 2012. Table 3-3
summarizes the current analytical results for the domestic well samples collected. In the
samples collected from wells 7898-A and 8106-A, PCE and TCE were measured above
the PQL, DCFM was also measured above the PQL in the sample collected from well
8106-A. Estimate trace concentrations of one or more VOC were also measured in wells
7898-A and 8106-A.
3.1.7 Surface Water Monitoring
During the second quarter 2012 monitoring period, surface-water monitoring stations
ASW-1 and ASW-2 were sampled on May 4, 2012. Table 3-5 summarizes the current
analytical results of surface water samples collected at the Austin Unit. As shown on
Table 3-5, CLs were exceeded for calcium and sulfate at downgradient surface water
station ASW-2. However, no constituents exhibited statistically significant increasing
C:X2012-0025kFA_2QI2.doc 11 Geo-Logic Associates
