Sample Documentation and Custody <br /> Field notes will be recorded on dally field technician reports which are filed in the project fIe. <br /> Information to he recorded wilt include ata ' ` um the project name, project number, date, <br /> sample location,weather,and name of sampler. Utha information which may be pertinent to the <br /> project will be recorded,including any deviations from the standard procedures. -page will <br /> be signed upon completiolL An example of a-Field Technician's Daily Report is located in <br /> Appendix B. <br /> Collected'samples will be accompanied by a chairs-of-custody record. Each sampl a-will have its <br /> own unique sample identification number, sample location, date and time of collection, and <br /> apPropriate preservative clearly labeled with a pem=ew marker along,-'Vitb-a sa plc custody- <br /> seal affixed around the sample bottle cap.
