Cloudy PM: 89°F Clear <br />Guinn Construction Activities: <br />• The Contractor offloaded single sided Geocomposite and 12 -oz cushion geotextile at designated area located <br />NE of the Cell. <br />• The Contractor removed drainage gravel material from existing LCRS trench at the FU -10 tie-in in order to <br />install a leachate trap and temporary piping to nearby leachate tank. <br />• The Contractor continued moisture conditioning of haul roads and adjacent areas for dust control. <br />Personnel: (1) Superintendent, (1) Grade Checker, (10) Operators. <br />Equipment: (1) 140H Cat Motor -Grader, (3) Water trucks, (1) Cat Excavator, (3) D6 Cat Dozers, (5) 637 Cat <br />Scrapers, (1) Cat Fork-lift. <br />CQA (GLA) Activities: Field Personnel (1) <br />• CQA personnel performed continuous monitoring of all construction activities insuring conformance with the <br />project specifications. <br />• CQA personnel continued lab soil classification testing of clay soil material in the stockpile. <br />• CQA personnel monitored and documented the offloading of the synthetic liner material; insured that proper <br />procedures were used to prevent damage and that the material was properly stored in accordance with the <br />project specifications. <br />Meetings and Site Discussions: <br />• Met with Kevin Turner (Guinn Superintendent) in the morning to discuss planned activity for the work shift. <br />. The Contractor would be receiving and offloading synthetic liner material.
