CQA <br />personnel verified minimum panel overlap and seam continuity. <br />• CQA monitored the placement of the OPS layer at all times ensuring that proper lift thickness was <br />maintained and that care was taken to prevent damage to the underlying synthetic and granular drainage <br />layers. <br />• CQA personnel conducted the dipole leak detection testing over the OPS layer on the Cell floor today; no <br />holes or leaks were detected. <br />Meetings and Site Discussions: <br />• Met with Kevin (Guinn Superintendent) in the morning to discuss planned activity for the work shift.
