Guinn will let GLA know their plans for seaming the geotextile (lyster, <br />overlap, or sew). 40 <br />Ruben with Republic would like a 10% road built into the cell at the end <br />of construction to facilitate waste placement. Guinn will provide an <br />estimate to conduct this work. <br />1. Comments from previous meeting: <br />- None. <br />2. Review of work progress since previous meeting: <br />- Guinn completed the placement of compacted clay in the LCRS trenches and <br />sumps. <br />- Guinn placed the processed clay in the FU -13 floor area and RJA surveyed the <br />finished clay out from the toe of slope a distance of 50 feet to allow placement of <br />the liner off of the slope.. <br />- Guinn placed the remainder of the clay on the floor a little bit fat to allow for final <br />grading and rolling prior to geomembrane placement. <br />- Guinn is keeping the clay liner moisture conditioned so that desiccation cracks <br />do not form. <br />- Comanco filled sandbags in anticipation of liner placement. <br />- Comanco began placing GCL and HDPE geomembrane on the sideslope. <br />3. Projected schedule: <br />- Guinn will continue to moisture condition the clay liner on the cell floor. <br />- Guinn will be taking the 4th and 5th off and return to the job on the 8th of 'JUly. <br />Guinn will provide a local contractor who will moisture condition the clay and pump <br />leachate during this period. <br />- Comanco will continue to place geomembrane and GCL on the sideslope <br />through the Holiday Weekend. <br />- Comanco plans to begin placement of the floor geomembrane around July 17tH <br />- Comanco plans on completing the floor liner around the first part of August. <br />Comanco will coordinate with GLA to determine the date for leak location testing. <br />4.
