- Guinn finished placing operations layer over approved filter geotextile on top <br />portion of the cell. 0 <br />- Guinn placed operations soil on the bench. <br />- Guinn placed operations soil ten feet up the slope from the cell floor. <br />- Guinn completed the termination berm after the leak location testing was <br />complete. <br />3. Projected schedule: <br />- Guinn will place aggregate base on the access ramp. <br />- Guinn will finish operations soil placement on the bench. <br />- Guinn will conduct general clean-up. <br />- RJA will provide surveying as-builts for the second half of the cell by August 20th. <br />- GLA will work with Guinn along the northeast termination to divert stormwater <br />flow along the bench and keep it from flowing directly into the geocomposite. <br />- Republic (Ruben) will take any remaining materials. <br />- A total of 4 rolls of geogrid is remaining following installation. <br />- Project completion is estimated to be August 19tH <br />4. Field observations, problems, conflicts, and changes: <br />- The sump needs to be pumped approximately every 4 days. Republic will <br />provide pumping service and the work has been placed in the operations <br />schedule. <br />5. Issues which impede the construction schedule and corrective measures: <br />- None. <br />6. Review of submittals and RFI's: <br />- No submittals or RFI's are outstanding. <br />7.
