B. The EARTHWORK CONTRACTOR shall construct at least one temporary pipe <br /> crossing point within the WNW to provide access for necessary construction <br /> traffic. These temporary crossing points shall be located by the EARTHWORK <br /> CONTRACTOR and shall consist at a minimum of the completed Coarse Gravel <br /> and Granular Drainage Material Components, and a minimum of 2.5 feet of <br /> Protective Operations Layer extending a minimum of 4 feet from the centerline of <br /> the pipe in each direction. <br /> 3.10 HDPE TANKS <br /> A. Care shall be taken during the placement of each tank in order to not damage the <br /> underling geomembrane within each sump. Damage to the geomembrane <br /> incurred during placement o the tanks shall be repaired at the EARTHWORK <br /> CONTRACTOR's sole expense. <br /> B.
