• A list of changes from the Construction Drawings and Specifications and the <br /> justifications for these changes. <br /> • As-built record drawings. <br /> • A statement that the interface shear strength meet or exceed the specified requirements. <br /> If the interface shear strength results do not meet or exceed the specified requirements, <br /> contact the Design Engineer and append a revised stability analysis, prepared by the <br /> Design Engineer. <br /> • A statement of compliance with the construction contract documents and design intent <br /> signed and stamped by the QA/QC Manager, a professional engineer registered in the <br /> state of California. <br /> The as-built record drawings will accurately locate the constructed location of all work items, <br /> including the edge of geomembrane,location of piping,anchor trenches,etc.All surveying and base <br /> maps required for the development of the record drawings will be prepared by the Contractor and the <br /> Owner. The QA/QC Manager must review and verify that as-built drawings are correct. As-built <br /> record drawings will be included in the final CQA report. <br /> Page 56 <br />
