Tarps and contaminated soil were used for cover. <br />2. There was a small fire, caused by a hot load, at the active face. The employees put out the fire with fire extinguisher <br />and water. <br />3. Cannery waste is land -spread and incorporated in the field between the landfill and California Youth Authority. <br />4. The concentration of explosive gas in GP -9R, 1 OBR, and 11R was 0% by volume. <br />5. The surface of FU04 was uneven, and there were exposed waste and piles of soil throughout the FU04 area. <br />According to the operator, the employees were preparing the area for the intermediate cover. The soil, stockpiled in that <br />area, would be placed as intermediate cover today. <br />6. Tonnage record, daily occurrence record, special occurrence record, load check record, and training record were up to <br />,date. <br />
