The facility operator shall submit a report to the <br />appropriate Pegional Water Board that describes the <br />BMPs that are currently being implemented and <br />additional BMPs that will be implemented to prevent. <br />or reduce any pollutants that are causing or <br />contributing to the exceedance of water quality <br />standards. The report shall include an <br />implementation schedule. The Regional 6dater Board <br />may require modifications to the report. <br />1-). Following approval of the rep,)rt described above by <br />the Regional Water Board, the facility operator <br />shall revise its SWPPP and monitoring program to <br />incorporate the additional BMPs that have been and <br />will. be implemented, the implementation schedule, <br />and any additional monitoring required. <br />4. Hon -Storm Water Discharges <br />a, The following non -storm water discharges are <br />authorized by this General Permit provided that they <br />satisfy the conditions specified in Paragraph b. <br />below: fire hydrant flushing; potable water <br />sources, including potable water related to the <br />operation, maintenance, or testing of potable water <br />systems; drinking fountain water; atmospheric <br />condensates including refrigeration, air <br />conditioning, and compressor condensate; irrigation <br />drainage; landscape watering; springs; ground water; <br />foundation or footing drainage; and sea water <br />infiltration where the sea waters are discharged <br />back into the sea water source. <br />
