Facility operators of feedlots as defined in 110 CFP. Part <br />412 that are in full compliance with Section 2560 to <br />Section 2565, Title 23, California Code of Regulations <br />(Chapter 15) will be in compliance with all effluent <br />limitations and prohibitions contained in this General <br />Permit. Facility operators of feedlots that comply with <br />Chapter 15, however, must perform monitoring in compliance <br />with the requirements of Section. B.4.d. and B.14. of this <br />General Permit. Facility operators of feedlots must also <br />comply with any Regional Water- Board WDRs or NPDES general <br />permit regulating their storm water discharges. <br />
