f. Sampling and analysis shall be conducted in accordance <br />with the applicable requirements of this Sectio.-. <br />g. Unless otherwise instructed by the Regional dater Board or <br />the State Water. Board Executive Director, the GHPs shall <br />be implemented at the beginning of the wet season <br />(October 1). <br />h. All participants in an approved GMP that have not been <br />selected to sample in a particular wet season are required <br />to comply with all other monitoring program and reporting <br />requirements of this Section including the submittal of an <br />Annual Report by July 1 of each year to the appropriate <br />P.egional Water Board. <br />i. GH P participants subject to Federal storm water effluent <br />limitation guidelines must perform the monitoring <br />described in Section B.6. and submit the results of the <br />monitoring to the appropriate Regional Water Board within <br />the facility operator's Annual Report. <br />GMPs and Group Evaluation Reports should be prepared in <br />accordance with State water hoard (or Regional b',ateI <br />Board) guidance. <br />k. GHP participants may receive Sampling and Analysis <br />Reduction safrtpli_ng credit in accordance with the following <br />conditions: <br />i. Current or prior participants (group participants) of <br />approved GMPs, who have not collected and analyzed <br />samples from six stormy, events as required in Section <br />B.7.b.i.(1), may substitute credit earned through <br />participation in a GMP for up to four of the six <br />required storm events. Credits for GMP participation <br />shall be calculated as follows: <br />(I} Credit may only he earned in years of <br />participation where the GMP participant was not <br />scheduled to sample and the GMP was approved. <br />(2) One credit will be earned for each year of valid <br />GMP participation. <br />(3) One additional credit may be earned for each year <br />the overall GNP sample collection performance is <br />greater than 75 percent. <br />
