The written submission shall contain <br />(1) a description of the noncompliance and its cause; <br />(L) the period of noncompliance, including exact date <br />and times, and if the noncompliance has not been <br />corrected, the anticipated time it is expected to <br />continue; and (3) Steps taken Or planned to reduce and <br />prevent recurrence of the noncompliance. <br />ii. Oil and Hazardous Substance viability <br />Nothing in this General Permit shaii be construed to <br />preclude the institution of any legal action or relieve the <br />facility operator from any'responsibilities, liabilities, or <br />penalties to which the faciliny operator is or may be <br />subject under Section 311 of the CWK, <br />--..
