UP -00-7 OF FORWARD INC. <br />WHEREAS, on February 6, 2003, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br />considered this matter, and <br />WHEREAS, on March 11, 2003 and April 8, 2003, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a <br />public hearing on said matter, nonce of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral <br />and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this <br />Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that said appeal, be <br />and it hereby is, denied and upholding the Planning Commission's certification of ER -00-2 and <br />approval of Use Permit No. UP -00-7, <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8" day of April , 2002 by the following vote of the Board of <br />Supervisors, to wit: <br />AYES: ORNELLAS, MOW, SIEGLOCK <br />•.. rr ,- • <br />ABSENT: NONE <br />ATTEST: LOIS M.
